I created my box using a kitchen cabinet I purchased from Home Depot. I cut a large hole on top and inserted a 120volt PC fan for circulation. I cut ventilation holes on the top and bottom of each side and added screening. I put a porcelain light fixture at the bottom using a 60W light bulb to keep the air dry. To finish it off I used two wooden dowels and stainless steel S hooks to hang the biltong.
Nice job, that cabinet looks perfect. Probably nice and cost effective too with no bleeding fingers at the end!
