Site looks great, more artistic than mine :-). Do you dip your Biltong in water to give it that dark shine?
Thanks man I'm having fun with it. and yes I do, after sitting in the fridge I dip it in a equal ratio of warm water and vinegar, I got that tip from a south african cook book that we have.
