~Finished Product~

After 7 days of curing in the box the biltong is finally ready to eat!!!

  2. Thanks man I'm having fun with it. and yes I do, after sitting in the fridge I dip it in a equal ratio of warm water and vinegar, I got that tip from a south african cook book that we have.
